Fees & Charges: All tickets are subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order handling charge. These fees may vary from event to event.
Refunds & Exchanges: All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges. Re-scheduled Events: Should an event be rescheduled for any reason, all tickets will be fully honored for the new event date. Delivery of Tickets: For purchases 10 days or more prior to the event, tickets will be delivered via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. Tickets will be mailed only to the billing address for the credit/debit card. Tickets purchased fewer than 10 days before the event will be held in WILL CALL at the event site. WILL CALL is available one hour prior to the event. A picture ID and the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets is required to receive your tickets at WILL CALL. Credit & Debit Cards: Name, address, ZIP Code, home telephone number, credit card number and expiration date should be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. Incorrect information will delay processing and delivery. |
